The following terms and conditions will be applicable for barbering services at Hair for Men, Camberley, 451, London Road, GU15 3JA, Camberley, Surrey, United Kingdom.
Terms and Conditions – Hair for Men
1. Booking and Payment:
- Customers can choose to pay online at the time of booking or in-store after their appointment.
- Payments made online are secure and non-refundable, except under the conditions stated in our cancellation policy.
2. Cancellations and No-Shows:
- Customers must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
- Late cancellations (within 12 hours of the appointment) and no-shows will require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
3. Non-Refundable Deposit for Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
- If a customer cancels less than 12 hours before their appointment or does not show up, they will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit before booking their next appointment.
- The deposit amount will be [£X or % of the service cost] and must be paid in advance.
- The deposit will be deducted from the final payment at the next appointment.
- If the customer cancels again or does not show up, the deposit will not be refunded or carried over.
4. Refunds:
- Deposits and payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the business cancels the appointment.
5. General:
- By booking an appointment, customers agree to these terms.
- The business reserves the right to update these terms as needed.
